Monkian is a member of the mutant army. And he also hardly ever succeeds with his tasks, including in trying destroy the ThunderCats. He will most often hoot like a monkey either just before or just after he speaks and also will hoot when he cowers in fear.
For weapons, he has a shield that will fire out fire balls and other useful items that will slow the Thundercats down. He will also use a mace to attack the Thundercats and trickery.
Commonly travels around one of the two Sky Cutters, which were built by Vultureman before landing on Third Earth. I don't recall completely, but I believe he has also travled in he Nose Diver, another invention by Vultureman.
