There are many websites that say Jaga can only appear in front of Lion-O while others say he can appear to everyone. I don't know what the truth is but I do know some of the facts to that statement.
Yes, Jaga does appear to Lion-O and he's not seen by an Third Earthers. But here's where it gets a little confusing.
Episode "All That Glitters", Lion-O and Tygra fight and the sword breaks, they were tricked by Mumm-ra. Jaga appears and tells Lion-O what has to be done to have the sword reforged. Lion-O takes off, Tygra following. Tygra seemed to know where Lion-O was heading and knows what he is about to do. Did Tygra see Jaga? I like to think so.
Episode "Sword in a Hole", when Jaga appears to Lion-O, Captain Schiner askes who he is talking to, so that leads us to knowing he can't see Jaga, but at the same time, Snarf looks up and calls out Jaga. Can Snarf see Jaga or just knows that he's there or was that an error on the actor's part? I'd like to think Snarf was able to see him.
Episode "Thundercats Ho!" Not only does Lion-O see Jaga but also Mumm-ra sees him. Mumm-ra tells Jaga to stay out of the situation
Episode "Totem of Dera", Lion-O is dying as he swallowed poison water. Jaga appears to get Snarfer to help Lion-O. Wilykit is also there but she nor Snarfer can see him.
Just in those 4 episodes, I have gathered enough information. There are two ways this can go.
1) Only Lion-O and Snarf can see Jaga
or
2) All the Thundercats can expect for the Thunderkittens and Snarfer and perhaps the new Thundercats
I take reason #2 as my decision, everyone else is entitled to their own opinion.
